Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa has signed an important deal with DIM Group. Krippa continues to actively invest in Ukrainian real estate, adding residential properties to his portfolio.

Maksym Krippa is not afraid to invest in construction during the war. The businessman has already purchased the Parus business center and the Ukraine Hotel.
The entrepreneur emphasized the common vision of doing business with DIM Group.
According to Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder of DIM Group, Krippa’s participation will ensure the stability of construction and the ability to launch new projects without depending on sales volumes.
As a reminder, the portfolio of the DIM development company consists of real estate in Kyiv and the region. As of today, 3,670 apartments have been commissioned, and more than 355,922 m² of residential and commercial space has been built. At the same time, 6 projects with a total area of over 346,000 m2 are under construction. It is worth noting that DIM is known for numerous awards in the construction industry.
